Pipe Maintenance

Maintenance and Re-Piping Services

When is it necessary to have a complete home re-piping? Complete home re-piping is needed if there are constant leaks through your plumbing system. Old galvanized steel pipes are a major culprit in pipe leaks. The weak seals create multiple breaks causing leaks. Over time these pipe leaks will cause considerable water damage. We will check to see if they can be sealed or need replacement.

How to Decide Between New HVAC System Quotes

Courtesy may not be the first thing people think of when it comes to plumbing, but for us, it's one of the most important tools we carry.
What system is right for me?

Every home is unique, and there are specifications you should ensure are met. You will want to get at least three quotes from reputable contractors. And you may find that a repair rather than replacement is necessary!

If you do determine a new system is required, ensure that the equipment is the right fit for your home’s comfort needs and the lifestyle you lead. Look for a contractor who visits each home to provide a proper quote, because there are numerous options and brands available to meet each home’s unique space.

Whether you’re choosing a central, gas-forced air system, a geothermal heating and cooling system, or an electric system, make sure you’re comparing the same sizes, qualities and efficiency ratings as you evaluate costs.

What HVAC add-ons do I need?

Sometimes replacement is only your first decision. There are plenty of add-ons you can consider, including high quality whole-home air cleaners and humidifiers, and programmable thermostats. Each element has its role in ensuring your family’s indoor comfort.

Make sure that your contractor ensures your home’s insulation is sufficient for proper efficiency as well.

You may require a home energy audit to determine where additional improvements can be made for the best results.

How much will it cost?

Most homes today feature natural gas heating, and these systems reasonably range between $2,300 and $5,000, installed. If you need an electric air conditioning system, you can expect to pay between $2,695 and $4,999 installed. The ranges account for the equipment that may be required to fully heat or cool your home.

For add-ons, a whole-home humidifier which offers both health benefits and home comfort, can be installed for between $349 to $429, on sale, while a whole-home air cleaner starts at $289 for a passive system and up to $1,500 for an electronic air cleaner with UV light and MERV 16 air filter.

A thermostat is included with every system. However, with high-end systems (95 percent efficiency and above) we include a smartphone-controlled thermostat that allows you to adjust settings from anywhere.

Try to purchase the most energy efficient models you can afford. That can save energy expense down the road.

What should I expect from my contractor?

Ask about the warranties and maintenance contracts that can help you cover expenses of repairs that may be needed after installation. Most equipment today comes with either a five-year or 10-year parts warranty. Your contractor may add a labor warranty with new system installations, often when you sign up for a maintenance contract. This both allows you to be covered if anything goes wrong, and also helps you comply with a manufacturer’s preventative maintenance requirements to ensure validity of that warranty.

Installations can differ by contractor. We recommend asking how a contractor will finish the installation. Installers may enclose a system with hand-cut custom sheet metal for a perfect fit, while others may use duct tape, caulk or screws to finish an installation, which leaves the system with less than efficient air flow and home comfort.

After you’ve checked references and hired a contractor, they should provide timely service and protection for your floors and home area, leaving behind no mess.

Sanitary Installation

We have the expertise and the know-how to bring unique solutions to every plumbing need or concern.

The main concept of the sanitary is to bring clean water inside the building and carry out the dirty water through the pipes. The number and size of water tanks depend on the users.

Solder Copper

We work fast and efficiently.

Copper pipes and other copper parts can be soldered using various metals with low melting points. Today, copper water pipes are soldered with lead-free flux and silver alloys. Lead alloys are still used for soldering wires, components on circuit boards and some other copper-joining applications.
